At Daddy's school...

Today Wubs asked me the sweetest little question:
"Mommy, does daddy play on the playground at his school?" (David is a student at Southeastern Baptist Seminary. We frequently drive past "daddy's school" as the seminary is located in Wake Forest. Wubs has noticed the colorful preschool playground on campus. )
"No, honey, daddy sits in his class and listens to his teacher."
Wubs paused. "But if he listens really nice and he's a good boy, then does he get to play on the playground?"

"Bear with eachother and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you."- Colossians 3:13

  1. I love watching for new quotes on the side of your page! :) The "goggie" one made me smile in particular since we are, of course, proud doggy owners. Cobalt has provided us with lots of amusement with Landon's growing vocabulary. She used to be Coco, now she's Cocalt (Although he's perfectly capable of saying "b" in other words). She's going through dog training and since I don't really have any other options, Landon comes with me. So he now tries to repeat all of her commands: "Sit" (you can guess how that one comes out), "stay", "go to your bed", etc., etc. I can't wait until full sentences come out, because I am just dying to hear what his little brain comes up with!
