(*I took this picture of our children yesterday morning at about 6:45am. The girls picked up JJ using teamwork and he loved it!) This week, I splurged at Sam's Club and I purchased a mega-box of assorted rice krispie treats. (It was actually a pretty good deal- 40 bars for only $8! wink). Anyway, that evening at dinner, Bella told daddy that I bought her some krispie bars with my 'credit card'. We quickly used this opportunity to explain to the girls that daddy and mommy do not use credit cards, but instead we only use our debit cards. We tried to explain the difference between debit and credit, and the girls listened intently. At the end of our discussion, David asked, "Okay Wubs, so what is the BEST way to pay when you need to buy something?" Wubs thought for a minute and replied, "A gift card!" David and I both burst out laughing. That's one smart girl!
